Debbie Milliken (@millikendebbie) is Managing Director, MILLREED Enterprises Ltd.  She has a broad base of public and private sector experience across the Canadian healthcare system with expertise in the areas of pharmaceuticals, patient programs, reimbursement strategy, healthcare policy, health services administration, drug evaluation and oncology.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Toronto and completed an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency (ACPR) program at Kingston General Hospital.  She has worked in hospital, government agency and the pharmaceutical industry.
